The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace Brings Its Culinary Lineup to Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2026

LAS VEGAS (June 1, 2026) — The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is bringing together an exceptional lineup of its acclaimed culinary destinations in support of Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2026.

Running June 1 – 12, the annual 12-day event celebrates Las Vegas’ vibrant culinary scene while raising critical funds to fight hunger across Southern Nevada, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank.

Participating restaurants across The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will offer specially curated prix-fixe menus for lunch and dinner, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy standout dishes and elevated dining experiences at accessible price points while dining for a meaningful cause.

Sushi Roku

Dinner – $95 per person

A refined Japanese dining experience featuring bold flavors and modern presentations.

  • Course 1: Edamame, Brussel Sprout Chips
  • Course 2: Haru Roll or Spicy Panko Shrimp Roll
  • Course 3: Sizzling Ribeye or Sushi Assortment
  • Dessert: Yuzu Cheesecake or Mochi Ice Cream

Dinner – $70 per person | Optional $35 wine pairing

A vibrant Mediterranean-inspired tasting menu showcasing mezze-style sharing plates.

  • Course 1: Choice of Spread, Tabbouleh
