South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa Transforms into “Vegas Cowboy Central” During National Finals Rodeo 2026

Free nightly NFR viewing parties, live country music performances, buckle presentations and special events bring rodeo excitement to South Point Dec. 1–13

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 27, 2026) – South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa is gearing up to welcome rodeo fans for National Finals Rodeo (NFR) 2026, transforming into “Vegas Cowboy Central” with a lineup of live country music, free NFR viewing parties, nightly Montana Silversmiths Go-Round Buckle Presentations and special Western events throughout the 10-day rodeo.

Located just south of the Las Vegas Strip, South Point offers free parking and a complimentary shuttle to the Thomas & Mack Center. Shuttle pickup is located outside the South Point valet entrance, at the same location where the airport shuttle picks up.

Throughout NFR, South Point Hotel offers an elaborate lineup of daily rodeo activities and special events to highlight the spirit of NFR week. The exclusive “Vegas Cowboy Central” events include:

  • National Finals Rodeo Official Viewing Parties

Rodeo fans can catch all the action with free nightly NFR viewing parties throughout South Point. The NFR broadcasts will be shown Dec. 3–12 in the Grand Ballroom, Grandview Lounge and PBR Lounge, giving guests multiple places to follow their favorite competitors. The Grand Ballroom will also host the free Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Viewing Party nightly throughout NFR.

  • Montana Silversmiths Go-Round Buckle Presentations

NFR winners will be honored nightly at South Point during the Montana Silversmiths Go-Round Buckle Presentations following each night’s competition Dec. 3–11 at 9:30 PM. Hosted by Flint Rasmussen and Joe Beaver, the presentations will be broadcast live on The Cowboy Channel and RFD-TV.

  • Live Country Music in the South Point Showroom

The South Point Showroom will host free live country music performances following the nightly NFR broadcasts, featuring three acclaimed country artists throughout the rodeo. Showroom doors open at 5 p.m. each night, with the NFR broadcast beginning at 5:45 p.m., followed by DJ entertainment and the Montana Silversmiths Go-Round Buckle Presentation on Dec. 3–11. Live music begins at 11 p.m. All performances are free and open to guests ages 21 and older.

    The entertainment lineup includes:

  • Aaron Watson | Dec. 3–6: The Texas country singer-songwriter will perform following the nightly NFR broadcast and buckle presentation.
  • Chancey Williams | Dec. 7–9: The country artist and rodeo competitor will bring his signature Western sound to the showroom.
  • Presley Barker | Dec. 10–12: The rising country music artist will close out the showroom’s NFR entertainment lineup.
  • Cinch Western Gift Show – Tuesday, Dec. 1 – Sunday, Dec. 13

South Point will host the Cinch Western Gift Show December 1 through December 13 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. With more than 150 vendors, fans have the opportunity to “Cowboy Up” and purchase all things related to Western lifestyle, including shirts, jeans, cowboy hats, boots, belts and buckles. In addition tack, saddles, Western ranch style furniture and lots of bling will be showcased throughout the event. The Western Gift Show will extend more than 80,000 square feet of the South Point Arena and Equestrian Center Concourse and Exhibit Hall offering guests an array of gift ideas and merchandise. The event is free and open to the public.

  • Miss Rodeo America Pageant Welcome and Meeting the Contestants | Sunday, Nov. 29: A free public event in the South Point Showroom from 10 a.m. to noon.
  • Miss Rodeo America Pageant Welcome Party | Monday, Nov. 30: An evening celebration in the South Point Showroom from 8:15 to 11 p.m. Tickets on sale at the box office.
  • Miss Rodeo America Horsemanship Competition| Tuesday, Dec. 1: A free public event at the South Point Arena starting at 8:00 AM.
  • Miss Rodeo America Pageant Interview | Wednesday, Dec. 2: A public event in the South Point Showroom from 8 to 11 a.m. Tickets on sale at the box office.
  • The Stace Smith World Futurity Bronc Finale | Wednesday, December 2: A public event in the South Point Arena at 10:00 AM. Tickets on sale at the box office.
  • The 20th Ariat World Series of Team Roping Finale | Thursday, December 3 – Sunday, December 13: 8:00 AM Daily at the South Point Arena. Free to the public.
  • Benny Binion’s Bucking Horse & Bull Sale | Friday, Dec. 4: A free public event in the South Point Showroom from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Miss Rodeo America Pageant Judged Event and Live Auction | Saturday, Dec. 5: A free public event in the South Point Showroom from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Cowboy Church with Susie McEntire | Sunday, Dec. 6: A free gathering in the Grandview Lounge from noon to 1 p.m.
  • Riata Showcase Horse Sale | Wednesday, December 9: 5:00 PM at the South Point Arena. Free to the public.
