LAS VEGAS (April 8, 2026) – Ice cream lovers are invited to celebrate Ben & Jerry’s 47th annual Free Cone Day on April 14, from noon to 8 p.m. at Fremont Street Experience. The entertainment district is proud to join the beloved global tradition of giving back with Ben & Jerry’s, one cone at a time.
This year’s celebration goes beyond free ice cream as it’s in partnership with J&J Foundation, a pathway to help, hope and healing for those suffering from mental illness and substance use disorder. Free Cone Day will serve as a community-driven fundraiser, encouraging voluntary donations to support the foundation’s impactful work felt throughout the valley. The 2026 theme, “More Than a Free Cone… A Chance to Change a Life,” reflects a shared commitment to meaningful impact, and guests can enjoy free cones scooped from Ben & Jerry’s famed Cow Bus, positioned on 3rd Street, between The D and Four Queens Hotel & Casino.
Adding to the excitement, celebrity scoopers will serve throughout the day, creating an exciting atmosphere while engaging directly with the community. Vintage hot rod cars will also be parked alongside the Cow Bus, adding to the fun photo opportunities.
“This is one of our favorite days of the year,” said owner George Maalouf. “Free Cone Day is about more than saying thank you to our customers, it’s about bringing people together and giving back. Partnering with the J&J Foundation allows us to turn smiles into something bigger and make a real difference right here in our community.”
Since its inception, Free Cone Day has served as a signature way for Ben & Jerry’s to thank fans while strengthening community connections. This year’s partnership ensures each scoop has the potential to support a greater cause.
