Fremont Street Experience Celebrates 30 Years as “An Iconic Vegas Original” This December
Las Vegas – Fremont Street Experience, the legendary downtown Las Vegas entertainment destination, will celebrate its 30th anniversary this December. Commemorating three decades since the unveiling of the pedestrian mall and The Canopy™, the major milestone honors Fremont Street Experience as the original immersive entertainment destination that played an integral role in defining modern Las Vegas.
Since its debut in 1995, Fremont Street Experience has continually evolved, beginning with the iconic Canopy and expanding to include thrilling attractions like the SlotZilla Zipline, the vibrant Circa Resort & Casino, as well as unforgettable free live entertainment. The anniversary theme, “An Iconic Vegas Original,” celebrates this milestone by highlighting Fremont Street Experience’s rich legacy while embracing the future.

Throughout the month of December, visitors can enjoy special events and exclusive offers that celebrate both Fremont Street Experience’s anniversary and the festive holiday season.
Fremont Street Experience December Events
Downtown Hoedown
Date: Wednesday, Dec. 3
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Fremont Street Experience will transform into a country music lovers’ paradise with its annual Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) Official Kickoff Party, Downtown Hoedown, which will feature free live concerts from Midland, Corey Kent, Josh Ross, Mackenzie Carpenter and more.
Guinness Pop-Up
Date: Friday, Dec. 5 – Saturday, Dec. 6
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Celebrate the season at this cheerful holiday pop-up, where guests can enjoy complimentary samples of Guinness beer. The experience also features a festive gift shop, gift wrapping services, and plenty of photo opportunities to capture the holiday magic.
Official Anniversary Celebration
Date: Sunday, Dec. 14
Time: Start Time 4:00 p.m.
On Sunday, Dec. 14, Fremont Street Experience will commemorate the official 30th anniversary with an evening full of festive activities. The night will kick off with a Menorah Lighting at sundown and move into a special evening where visitors can hear from elected officials and business owners responsible for bringing The Canopy™ to life in 1995. As part of the celebration, Fremont Street Experience will premiere new shows on The Canopy™, designed to attract and engage guests in new ways. The evening will conclude with an annual Christmas Tree lighting in partnership with KTNV and led by City of Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley. Directly following, guests can enjoy the grand opening of Neon Nights Holiday Lights, Fremont Street Experience’s very first holiday village.
Neon Nights Holiday Lights Village in Partnership with First Friday
Dates: Sunday, Dec. 14 – Friday, Dec. 19
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
This year, Fremont Street Experience is debuting Neon Nights Holiday Lights, its very own holiday village in partnership with First Friday and KTNV. The experience will feature meet-and-greet photo opportunities with Santa, local pop-up retailers, and samplings by various outlets from the surrounding casino and hotel properties, all amidst festive lights and décor. Additionally, there will be a charity giveback station accepting canned food donations. Neon Nights Holiday Lights is free and open to guests of all ages.
Las Vegas Bowl Pep Rally
Date: Tuesday, Dec. 30
Time: 5:00 p.m.
Fremont Street Experience will once again host the Las Vegas Bowl Pep Rally featuring the bands, cheerleaders, mascots and more from each team.
Countdown Under The Canopy™ New Year’s Eve Celebration
Date: Wednesday, Dec. 31
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Revelers are invited to toast to 2026 with Fremont Street Experience’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration, Countdown Under The Canopy™, featuring live performances from Robin Thicke, CeeLo Green, Common Kings, Chingy, Pertinence and Sammy Johnson. Partygoers can purchase tickets online for $60. Prices will increase to $65 starting Saturday, Dec. 27.

Throughout December, participating properties on Fremont Street will offer guests a unique cocktail curated by the properties themselves. Each cocktail will be available at select locations:
