In 2018, Kirvin Doak Communications was tasked with launching CATCH Las Vegas inside ARIA Resort & Casino – the first West Coast expansion of the celebrity-fueled brand already beloved in New York and LA. But Vegas posed a unique challenge. In a city that churns through buzzy concepts as fast as it attracts them, name recognition alone wouldn’t sustain long-term success. To build staying power, CATCH had to be positioned not just as a celeb magnet, but as a culinary institution – a must-visit for high-value travelers, luxury seekers and discerning food lovers from around the world.
