When you consider that the World’s best chefs are scattered around the globe in restaurants from Paris to New York to San Francisco the idea of one event where the very best congregate is very special. Vegas Uncork’d is really an indication of how far the Las Vegas dining scene has come. Is there another stretch of pavement in the world that is lined with more Michelin Stars, more Master sommeliers and more celebrity Chefs? I don’t think so and Vegas Uncork’d is a celebration of such a unique destination.
