BELLAGIO — The Epicurean Epicenter Series returns to the Bellagio this spring with six months of culinary events beginning Saturday, Feb. 11. Sensi’s Royden Ellamar serves his sustainable dishes paired with pinot noir wines from Siduri Wines, Pisoni Vineyards and ROAR Wines. The event, which starts at 6:30 p.m. In the resort’s Tuscany Kitchen, is hosted by master sommelier and director of wine Jason Smith. Tickets are $195 per person.
