Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appetit Scheduled for May
Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit will take place May 10 to 13, featuring 60 restaurants, 50 chefs, 30 sommeliers and 30 events at four resorts -- The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Mandalay Bay. New this year are a Master Series Dinner with Michel Richard at Caesars Palace; a Follow That Food Truck event featuring food from several local trucks; a Too-Hot Tamales Live Demonstration at Mandalay Bay's Border Grill; a Paella Lunch with Jose Andres at Jaleo at The Cosmopolitan; a Gone Fishing event with Chef Costas Spiliadis at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where attendees learn about selecting and preparing fish; The Kimchi Chronicles, a Q&A lunch with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his wife, Marja, host of PBS's “Kimchi Chronicles,” at Bellagio's Prime; a Kings of Cabernet talk about cabernets, including rare and hard-to-find bottles from Bellagio's collection; Rao's Family Affair, an Italian Brunch with the Pellegrinos, on the patio of Rao's Las; a Grand Tasting with 60 participating restaurants at Caesars Palace's Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis; After-Hours, the Remix, a late-night party at Mix, the rooftop lounge at Mandalay Bay; and the VIP Saber-Off at Caesars Palace.
